Forgotten password recovery

  1. Go to the password recovery page by pressing “Password recovery” in the menu to the left.
  2. Type the account login or the client`s email address in the text field and press “Search”.
  3. Please, check the validity of the indicated email address with caution. After pressing “Reset the password” the old user`s password will be reset and a new password will be generated. It will be sent to the indicated email address.
  4. Press “Reset the password” to reset the old password and send the new one to the user`s email address.

After the new password is sent, the user should go to his/her email and use the new password to enter the system. Then the user will be able to change the password on the settings page.

Checking the session history of registered users

  1. Go to the session history page by pressing “Session history”.
  2. Type the account login or the client`s email address in the text field and press “Search”.
  3. Choose the necessary account from the list of users based on the search parameters and go to the statistics data page by pressing the login.

Using the information on the session history you can check the validity of tariff calculation and funds write-off, check the number of funds left on the user`s account, get information on the duration of user`s sessions, PC which was used to enter the system, and the rate of discount active during specific sessions.

Checking user`s session history using the check

  1. Go to the “Review session history by the number of checks” page by pressing “Check History” in the menu to the left.
  2. Type the number of the check the history of which is to be checked in the text field and press “Start”.
