How to enter the system?

Using the check

  1. Click “Change the account” in the authorization menu.
  2. Enter the 12-digit code from the check.
  3. Press “Enter”.

Login – Password

  1. Enter the login and the password for the account.
  2. Press “Enter”.

Technical Account – support (manual)

  1. Enter login to the technical account
  2. Enter the password
  3. Press “Enter”

Technical Account – support (interactive map)

  1. Log in the Senet management system.
  2. Go to the “Interactive map” page using the link on the left side menu.
  3. Select the required number of PCs: hold “Alt” key and select the desired PCs with a single click of the left mouse button.
  4. Move the cursor to any of the selected computers on the map and click the left mouse button once to display the context menu.
  5. In the menu that opens, move the cursor to the “Start Tech. User” item and select the support user by clicking on it with the left mouse button.

How to register?

  1. Enter the system using the code in the check.
  2. Click “Register” in the upper part of the window.
  3. Full all the necessary fields (having * symbol)
  4. Click “Register”.

How to replenish an account?

  1. Click “Replenish my account” in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Enter the check code.
  3. Click “Replenish”.

How to buy a subscription?

Note: only registered users can buy subscriptions.

  1. Go to the main page by clicking “Home” in the menu on the left.
  2. Select the required subscription and click “Buy”.
  3. Confirm purchase of the subscription by clicking “Buy subscription” in the window that opens.

 How to see the tariff?

You can find the information on your current tariff in the upper right part of the screen.

How to see the balance on an account?

Information about the balance of funds on the account is in the upper right part of the screen.

How to know the size of discount available?

The discount is displayed in the separate block at the top of the menu. It is available under the “Home” link.

How to write a complaint?

Note: only registered users can file complaints.

  1. Click on your login, located at the top of the screen to go to the user’s personal account.
  2. Click the “Messages” tab in the horizontal menu box.
  3. Click “Create a new message” to open the form for creating a new message.
  4. Fill in the “Subject” and “Text” fields. Type of message: specify “Complaint”.
  5. Click “Send a message” to send the message to the administration of the internet center or “Cancel” to close the form.

How to leave a suggestion?

Note: only registered users can leave suggestions.

  1. Click on your login, located at the top of the screen to go to the user’s personal account.

How to find an application (game, browser, program)?

  1. Activate the “Start” menu by pressing the left mouse button.
  2. Enter the name of the game or the program you want to find.
  3. The system will automatically show all the possible options.

How to start a game/program/application?

  1. Find the “card of the application” you want to start.
  2. Move the cursor to the “card of the application” and activate it with the left mouse button.

How to transfer the game save files to a USB flash drive?

  1. Go to the game card by clicking on the name of the game under the shortcut.
  2. Click “Save” to go to the saves folder of the game
  3. Open the folder where you want to transfer the save files.
  4. Copy game saved files to the USB flash drive.

How to upload game save files?

  1. Open the folder with the game save files on the USB flash drive.
  2. Go to the game card by clicking on the name of the game under the shortcut.
  3. Click “Save” to go to the saves folder of the game.
  4. Copy the save files from the USB flash drive to the saves folder of the game.
  5. Enter the game to check the operation of the transferred save files.

How to add the game to the “Favorites” section?

  1. Move the cursor to the cover (shortcut) of the game.
  2. Click the “heart” icon in the upper left corner.

Alternative option.

  1. Go to the game card by clicking on the name of the game under the shortcut.
  2. Click “Add to favorites”.

How to remove a game from the “Favorites” section?

  1. Move the cursor to the game icon in the “Favorites” section of the shortcut bar on the left.
  2. Click on the “x” icon in the upper right corner of the icon.

Alternative option.

  1. Go to the game card by clicking on the name of the game under the shortcut.
  2. Click “Remove from favorites”.

How to install a game/program?

System settings by default block the user`s right to install games and applications. Please, consult the club administrator on this issue.

How to log out of the system?

  1. Press “Log out” in the lower left corner.

How do subscriptions work?

A subscription is a prepaid package of time. When you activate it on your account, you immediately write off the amount you need to pay for it and in return the account is charged with the time specified in the subscription conditions. There are two types of subscriptions.

  1. Subscription with a fixed expiration date. In this case, the subscription will end regardless of the account activity.
  2. Subscription with a floating expiration date. In this case, the subscription will expire only after the accrued time is actually used.

How to change the password?

  1. Enter your personal account (user profile) by clicking your nickname in the upper part of the screen.
  2. Click “Settings”.
  3. Click “Change the password”.
  4. Full all the fields.
  5. Click “Save changes”.

How to change email address?

  1. Enter your personal account (user profile) by clicking your nickname in the upper part of the screen.
  2. Click “Settings”.
  3. Enter your new email address in the “email” field.
  4. Click “Save changes”.

How to recover the password?

  1. In order to recover the forgotten password account, please, contact the internet center administrator.

How to change the login?
